Patient : When doing my monthly self examination on my testicles, I noticed on the very top of my right testicle a very small bump. I do not feel any pain or discomfort of any kind coming from it and I am not to worried as it does not seem cancerous as I have had cancerous lumps described to me. I just need to be reassured and would like to be positive it is nothing to get worked up over.
