I understand your concern.
Urinary tract infection can present with pain during urination, increased frequency and urgency of urination etc.
Dehydration can also cause pain during micturition.
By taking plenty of oral fluids, around three to four liters of water per day, dehydration can be corrected.
In case of infection, you may need antibiotics.
If pain persists better to undergo investigations like urine microscopy, culture and sensitivity to find out the possibility of infection with your doctor's advice and take treatment accordingly.
