Patient : Hi I have a question about whey protein. Im 16 years old, 5'6 and 135-140lbs. Other the past year i have at a full schedule of athletics or self training, if needed ill go into detail. I am not very keen to any chemical muscle supplements other than natural things such as protein. with the work i have been doing over the last year and a half, there has been less visible proof than expected. I eat very healthy compared to the average 16 year old no fast food, no regular soda, no generic or unnatural snack. almost an organic diet. will i be able to convert the small layer of fatty tissue with the use of whey protein.
P.s i have looked into the protein very much but the results on most seem too good to be true
P.s.s if it matters i am looking into Gold standard 100percent whey protein
