Q: What exercises should you avoid while pregnant?

A:   There are no specific exercises that are noted to have a negtive effect on pregnancy. However what i recommended is to continue your daily normal exercise but not try anything new and more strenous. As the pregnancy progresses it may become more and more difficult to continue with the same range of exercises and thus you should only do how much you are comfortable with.I wish you all the best!
