While out for a meal tonight, my husband suddenly felt

Patient : While out for a meal tonight, my husband suddenly felt very dizzy and weak. He was sweating heavily, and felt nauseous (although did not vomit). His speech was slurred and slow, and his pupils were very small although the restaurant was dark. I wanted to take him to hospital, but he refused. His symptoms subsided after 5-10 minutes. He's tired and weak now and has just gone to sleep. He has no history of similar symptoms, and no known allergies apart from penicillin. Should I get him to seek medical help tomorrow, or should he be okay now that the symptoms have passed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
