i'm having problems in losing weight.
i eat between 500 and 600 calories plus i exercise on daily bases, i don't eat sugar, salt, flour etc... /no pasta, no rice, no pizza, no cheese.../ i only eat fruit and vegetables and rarely 100 grams of chicken breast.
i'm not losing weight and it's driving me crazy and i'm getting really tired.
i'm 16, 152 cm tall and 59 kg pls help me please
