Patient : I used to have a small but healthy appetite then it increased, I'm guessing just with age maybe. But I would have been very active and going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I was in a car accident ( nothing serious) but I haven't been able to exercise with it. Anyway, since Christmas (even before the accident) I noticed I've been eating even when I'm not hungry, I am still snacking?? Why? :(
