I have been doing zumba for over a year now with the hope of it helping me to lose weight and tone up. i did initially lose an inch here or there but now i am losing nothing. I do 6 classes a week and have also taken up kettlercise in the hope a different class would push the weight loss again. I try to eat reasonably healthy so i graze through the day rather than eating big meals. I try to graze on fruit and nuts. I'm vegetarian and always thought vegetarian food was low fat so why can't i lose the weight. My stomach hasn't reduced in size at all regardless of the Ab excercises i do. I sweat like mad during the classes and recover quickly so i know i must be fit so why can't I lose weight?
