Why do I feel nausous all the time?

Patient

Q: First of all, last year I went on a low carb diet and lost a lot of weight. Then, after about 6 months, I went back onto carbs. Ever since then, I have been feeling sick everytime I eat. I recentely got my gallbladder removed in hopes that my issue would go away. It did not. I still feel sick every time I eat, I also keep loosing weight, feel dizzy and hot all the time. It seems like they have run every test on me and found nothing other then the gallbladder. Any ideas what this could be?
