Will a slightly bulging fontanelle caused by one 5mg dose of nalidixic acid go away on its own?

Patient : Hi Doctor, My 10 month old son had a fever, one diarrhoea episode and vomitted his lunch in the same afternoon - only once for each. We had a general practitioner prescribe nalidixic acid, zinc sulphate and paracetamol. My son then had his anterior fontanelle slightly bulge and our pediatrician diagnosed it as pseudotumor - cerebri and that it was normal. After reading on the internet it is a bit scary as no site says the intra-cranial pressure will reduce on its own
Symptoms:  slightly bulging anterior fontanelle diagnosed as pseudotumor-cerebri
