Will compressing the blood vessels during nosebleeding have any complication?

Patient: Does blocking the blood vein in nose to stop nose bleeding will have any effect on the brain or general consentration of the pasient. Does blocking the blood veins stop any type of blood circulation to the brain.

 

 

Doctor: Compressing the vessels in the nose during a nosebleed will have no effect to the blood supply of the brain as the blood vessels are independent of each other.
