Yes, Levothyroxine can be detected in the body. But, I do not think that it will be tested in a drug test. It is not really a banned drug or a drug that is illegal completely.

If your Doctor does test for it, then you should not be taking it. I also hope you are not taking it to lose weight. The side effects outweigh the benefits several fold.
