Will these height increase methods actually help?

Patient

Q: Hi, this isn't like a red-alert kind of question, it's just a general question about my height actually. I'm 16, 5 ft 0 basically and my mother is 5 ft 8 inch,I've had relatives that are very short so I probably got that fun little gene from there. Full disclosure I went through puberty around age 11, so I know I probably won't grow much anymore. However I've read online about doing certain types of stretches over a LONG period of time and taking GABA supplements before bed and drinking milk and sleeping a heck of a lot could help grow 2-3 inches. Honestly I'd be so happy if I grew 2 inches because I'm just very uncomfortable with my current height and anything could help. I just wanted a doctors opinion on the accuracy of these statements.
