Patient :Hi Doctor,
I'm 15 and from now on I wanna rise up early (like 6 am). I wonder if I sleep at 9 and wake up at 6, will it stunt my growth? I know I need sleep around least like 9 hours because of my age however melatonin hormone releases around 11-12 in a teenage body. I donno how it will affect my growth plus I don know if waking up early will affect secretion of the Growth Hormone.
