Withdrawl from efexor

Q: After having my second child two years ago I have been on Efexor from suffering postnatal depression I have since separated from my husband whom has nothing to do with the kids so Im raising two children alone work and study three weeks ago after slowly coming off efexor for about three months I stop all together since this time my depression has started to take over my life again so basically Im wanting to know if this is a side effect from coming off the efexor or weather I need to still be on antidepressants I really dont want to be on them anymore as I was still depressed even when on efexor it just made things easier to deal with I cry all the time cant stop thinking to the point where I feel like bunching myself in the head I feel like a bad mother even tho i know im not as i love my kids to death but somtimes feel like i dont know how Im going to get through each day I hate feeling this way as I have wonderful family and friends two amazing healthy children a good job a roof and food I feel embarrassed to see my doctor about this issue but I dont want to live this way
