Patient : I am trying to build muscle and get ripped within a 3 month period. I have already been using a workout that has made me have large gains over the past year. I am changing it up to workout known as the Grey Horse which the Navy Seals use. My body cannot meet the rigorous demands of the workout. I am looking to invest in a pre-workout, a "pump," and something else that will give me results... what supplements do you suggest I take and what proteins and other amino acids , chemicals, etc. should I be looking for in a product that I buy? I am a 220lb male. I take a multivitamin every day. I am open to anything that will give me results. I am looking for stuff that is reasonably priced.
