Workout Supplements


Q: Hi I'm a 15 year old boy and i have been working out for about a couple weeks now. After every work out I take a WHEY protein shake, I'm trying to pack on more mass because I'm skinny, I want to switch and start taking "serious mass" so I can get more meat on my bones. Its made by the same company that makes WHEY protein (ON), so I know its a trusted product. But it says on the warning label to consult a physician before use if under 18. I don't have any existing medical conditions. I'm 5'6 and weigh around 120 give or take a few. Can I take the supplement?
