Wrist sprain

Patient

Q: A week ago I was going down some wet steps and my feet came out from underneath me, I hurt my back and sprained my wrist pretty good. Im not sure what grade the sprain is but it hurst some when I move it, its getting better, I think but I have some limited range of motion. The top of my hand and my wrist have been hurt. I went to the doc today and had xrays, no broken buts, just a sprain. Im thinking it is a grade II. The was a little swelling but no bruising. I had to use some epsom salt. It made it feel somewhat better. What is the grade of the sprain?
