Wrist surgery weight lifting pain

Patient: I had surgery on my wrist after I broke it last winter, and had a screw put in. It still hurts sometimes, but I am trying to get back into my exercise routine and wondered if there was a way to make my wrist not hurt so much when I lift weights, like could I wrap it with something or something? Thanks.
