Wrongful urinalysis in Nursing School

Patient

Q: I am a Nursing student, and I took my drug test to get into school, and they told me that I " added" something to my urine. I DID NOT!! Nor have I ever been a drug abuser. I had to retest and still haven't gotten the results back (over 2 weeks ago). The process should only take 4 days. Because I was so worried about the test (and I know I didn't do anything to the sample, I am also worried that the result may come back the same). I asked the dean to give me a blood test. She said to wait and see how this test goes. I also asked the lady conducting the test to watch me pee, she said she couldn't do that. I do have reoccurring UTI's. Because of the UTI's I drink lots of water until the burning goes away (I have done this since I was 9). I also take other medication that should have come up in the drug testing. I take Vyvanse 30 mg, Ambien 5 mg, and Clonazepam 0.5 mg. I also sometimes take Doxylamine 25 mg for sleep. I am listing my current medications for a possible implications of this false drug test. I have prescriptions for all of the medications, and I was expecting a MRO to call me but never did. Could there be any other reason I should have failed my drug test/ or at least the claim that I added something to it? If this next test claims the same result, and I get kicked out of school, is there someway I can prove they are wrong (and have documentation to prove it), and fight it civilly or legally?
