Patient :Hello, Im a 15year old girl and I have serious sleeping problems since I was 7 years old. When I lay on my bed and close my eyes, it usually takes 2-3 hours until I am finally sleeping. I do not use any electronic devices before I go to sleep and I roughly sleep 5-6 hours a day, no matter how early I try to go to sleep. Please help me, I cant be like this forever.
