Yellowish fluid coming out of nipple

Patient

Q: Hello I am a 31 year old woman and I have 3 children, my youngest is 11. About a year ago I noticed a yellowish milky fluid coming out of my nipple when I squeezed on my breast. It only happens on my right nipple and comes out of the same exact spot every time. It still continues to do this, and now within the week I have noticed some pain. At the time I noticed the fluid coming out I had insurance and went to the ER. They ran some cultures and they came back normal. The doctor wanted to do mammogram, but I lost my insurance before I could get in. I can not afford any more tests at this time. Everything I have read says there is a small chance of breast cancer but I am still very scared. I lost my mother 2 years ago from breast cancer. Can someone please tell me what this could be. Thank you
