Yesterday morning 10am UK time, I trapped my thumb in

Patient : Yesterday morning 10am UK time, I trapped my thumb in the door and was in so much pain, I ran it under cold water. Whilst doing this I started to get dizzy, this went away and a few seconds later my vision blurred after this went back to normal I felt lightheaded and passed out. When I woke up on the floor around a minute later the back of my head was in so much pain. Now 10pm Monday, I still have a headache, feel lightheaded and like someone is pressing against my head, I am also slightly confused at times. Should I go to hospital or will I be ok at home?
