Young and Infertile

Patient : I am 25 and have been diagnosed with Diminished Ovarian Reserve which I'm pretty sure my smoking also contributed to. I've since quit smoking (month 2), take a prenatal vitamin with DHA daily, baby aspirin daily, drink a half gallon of water daily and don't drink at all. My day 3 test were FSH 21.5 and AMH 0.43. All other levels were normal. I also produced four mature follicles (with Clomid days 5 through 9) and had an HCG injection and timed IUI. What are my chances of ever having my own biological child? My RE said because of my age and great response to clomid my chances are good. But are they really?
